What counts as a decision?
Every event you send to /v1/events, whatever the verdict. Retries of the same event are charged once.
Is screening charged per check?
No. One monthly fee per monitored customer covers every rescreen and ad-hoc name check.
Is the AI investigator extra?
No. It comes with Growth and Enterprise, within fair-use limits.
Can we be invoiced locally?
Yes, on Enterprise. We can invoice in local currency, such as KES or NGN, on request.
Can we leave with our data?
Yes. Every plan includes a full export of events, decisions, cases and the audit log, in open formats.
